If you are into tech, there is a name that truly inspires us all to be daring entrepreneurs. Or maybe you just know him more as the owner of the Dallas Maverick’s basketball team or as his stint on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars”. I know him as being a savvy businessman and a guy who is never shy about taking risks.

Mark Cuban has made a living by being a risk taker and investing in many companies when it was not so hip – but he definitely saw the vision. From his sale of Broadcast.com to Yahoo! for 5.9 billion, to co-founding HDNet, to his his roles in Magnolia Films and other ventures, Mark Cuban is what we need more of in the US – risk-takers, belief in individualism to become successful and one who speaks freely to encourage healthy debate.
