Some of the things I really went nuts over this past week had to do with two new applications from Google and Microsoft as well as something I am still trying to swish around in my brain to fully understand that has something to do briefly with women in tech. Do you have a PC and are currenty using a Windows OS (Operating System), most notably XP or Vista? Then YOU need to pay close attention to what experts are saying about the Conficker Virus which they think will disrupt computers tomorrow on April Fool’s day, if not before. Experts are most worried about the ‘C’ variant of Conficker worm, aka Downadup or Kido, which infects Windows machines (XP and Vista) and disables them to get security updates or patches from Microsoft and from other vendors.
